Shipping and delivery times, transport costs and right of withdrawal

1. Orders from Italy

1.1 We deliver by express courier directly to your home. Shipments to post office boxes and / or post office shipments are not possible.

Incoming orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Our shipping partner delivers the ordered goods on the national territory in 24-72 hours for all items reported on the product detail page as "available" and "last items in stock". All items marked with "to order" will generally be delivered within 7 days or in any case within the terms that will be communicated upon telephone or written contact via eMail. To avoid delays in delivery, our shipping partner needs your phone number to be able to contact you by phone (see mandatory field in the cart). Orders are delivered only when the previous shipment has already been paid for. The goods remain in the possession of Stella Alpina until full payment.

2. Failure to collect

2.1 If, for any reason, the Customer refuses the delivery of the shipment, does not collect the package on the two scheduled delivery dates or requests the return to the sender, any shipping costs, charged to Stella Alpina, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer. .

3. Delay in delivery and unavailability of the goods

3.1 The online shop is directly linked to our logistics software. Thanks to this link it is possible to show our customers the current availability of individual items. In exceptional cases, there may be a delay in delivery, i.e. the desired goods are no longer available. In these cases the customer will be contacted immediately. We reserve the right to carry out partial deliveries in the event that eg. one of three items ordered should not be available. In this case, the two items still available will be delivered to the customer. Of course, the customer will only pay for the items received.

4. Damage to delivery

4.1 After receiving the package, please check the goods. If it should be damaged or tampered with, please make a complaint immediately to the courier by signing the receipt of the goods with reserve and possibly refuse the delivery. In any case, please contact us too:
